Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon receiving a 50% deposit of the invoice total.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
Production & Delivery Timeline
Orders require a production period of 10 to 40 days before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the fault was from our side, and the request is made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Modifications
Alteration requests are free of charge within 48 hours of receiving your order, as long as they fall within the original measurements confirmed during the order process.
Requests outside those limits may incur an additional fee, to be determined based on the adjustment required.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Domestic Shipping (Qatar)
Once your order is dispatched, delivery will take 2–3 business days. Delivery fee: QAR 50.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery time begins after dispatch.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees. These are regulated by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Please check with your local authorities before ordering.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & ALTERATION POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
Return and exchange requests are accepted only in cases of error on our part, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
